With grapes sourced from Defiance Vineyards in Paso Robles this wine was produced at our winery in Crestline, California. This Cabernet Franc opens up with fresh aromas of red plums, cranberries, and raspberries, with herbal and earl grey tea tones, and a graphite minerality. On the palate, the wine delivers bright red fruit elements of strawberry, cranberries, and red currants, that are followed by the same earl grey tea tones, herbaceous elements, and a subtle minerality that exist on the nose. Aged in a 4 Yr. old French Oak barrel for two years in the cellar prior to bottling. Enjoy!
