With Grenache and Mourvèdre sourced from Vineyards in Paso Robles and Syrah sourced from Tierra Alta Vineyard in Ballard Canyon, this wine was produced at our winery in Crestline, California. Our GSM blend shows aromas of fresh, yet delicate red floral tones, fresh strawberry, cherry, raspberry aspects, with undertones of citrus and mocha and a subtle earthy minerality. On the palate, the wine delivers more raspberry, plums and strawberries with a citrus undertone. All spice and mocha flavors remain consistent throughout the palate.
The wine was aged in American and French Oak barrels for one year in the cellar prior to bottling. Enjoy!
