With grapes sourced from the Frankel Family Estate and Defiance Vineyards in Paso Robles this wine was produced at our winery in Crestline, California. Our Merlot opens with aromas of plums, cherries and raspberries, followed by tones of slight mocha, herbaceous elements, and Mint tea characteristics. On the palate, the wine delivers with ripe flavors of red and black cherries, black plums and cassis, with spearmint and earl grey tea characteristics. Aged in French Oak (1&3 yr. old) barrels for one year in the cellar prior to bottling. Enjoy!
