Our 2023 Petit Verdot was sourced from Defiance Vineyards in the Creston District of Paso Robles and produced at our winery in Crestline, California. In the glass, the wine opens opens up with fresh violet and hibiscus floral tones, with ripe black cherry, blackberry, and plum elements. On the palate the wine shows smooth flavors of ripe black plums blueberries and all spice character, with cassis and licorice woven throughout the finish. Aged in 225L French Oak barrels (50% new) for one year in the cellar prior to bottling. Enjoy!
