Our Roussanne is sourced from La Presa Vineyard on the Santa Ynez River, and crafted at our winery in Crestline, California. On the nose, the wine opens with aromas of lemon, a blend of Golden Delicious and Granny Smith apples, backed up by undertones of pineapple and a rocky minerality. On the palate, the wine is fresh and bright with nice minerality and flavors of golden delicious apples, pineapple and honeycomb, with toasted almond essence on the finish. Stainless steel tank fermented, followed by 12 months aging in semi-neutral French oak barrels with secondary Malolactic fermentation in barrel. Enjoy!
