With Syrah sourced from Tierra Alta Vineyard in Santa Barbara County’s Ballard Canyon AVA, this beautiful wine was produced at our winery in Crestline, California. This crowd pleaser opens on the nose with bold, yet fresh aromas of black plums, blueberry, black olives and herbaceous tones, with black peppercorn and meaty aspects. On the palate, the wine delivers this fine yet chalky tannin, ripe and rich black plums, black cherry, blueberry, black olive and black peppercorn flavors. Garrigue herbaceous throughout the palate, with meaty bacon undertones. Aged in American Oak barrels (25% new) for one year prior to bottling. Enjoy!
