With Grenache and Syrah sourced from Tierra Alta Vineyard in Ballard Canyon and Mourvèdre from Alta Colina Vineyard in Paso Robles, this wine was produced at our winery in Crestline, California. It opens fresh with red and black plum along with black cherry aromas followed by undertones of earthy minerality, thyme, and bay leaf. The palate presents with ripe black cherry and plum, followed by hints of licorice and anise. It has a rocky minerality, with herbal elements of sage, thyme, and black pepper, abounding with nice tannins. The wine was aged in American and French Oak barrels for one year in the cellar prior to bottling. Enjoy!
