This winemakers’ blend of Primitivo and Syrah was sourced from premium Central Coast vineyards and produced exclusively at our winery in Crestline. The wine opens with fresh red and black plum, cherry along with subtle herbal aromas, and nice licorice tones. The palate features soft red and black fruit flavors, with cherry, raspberry, and plum, followed by notes of thyme and sage, cocoa and mocha, and a touch of licorice. Refreshing, bright, and full, with a lingering finish. Aged in a blend of American and French Oak barrels for one year prior to bottling. Enjoy!
