Co-fermented blend of 50% Zinfandel & 50% Syrah
Our estate grown Zinfandel and Syrah are co-fermented; resulting in complex aromatics of peach, apricot, black cherries, plums and maraschino cherry liquor, with undertones of mocha, pepper and incense cedar. The palate delivers fresh ripe black and red cherries, raspberries with undertones of stone fruit, all-spice and mocha.
