Aromatic lime, peach and pear lead into a citrus driven palate of key lime, kiwi, green apple and white peach. Light, crisp and vibrant with mouth watering acidity and a chalky-mineral finish.
Stainless steel primary fermented, cold stabilized and racked with no secondary malolactic fermentation. Sterile filtered to our bright tank where it was force-carbonated prior to bottling.
